Viterbo, Italy – With 10 days to go to the opening of the Copenhagen Climate Summit, Climate for Life Campaign Ambassadors, Apa Sherpa and Dawa Steven Sherpa along with other eight Climate Witnesses from around the world were in Viterbo, Italy for a Greenaccord event to enable journalists to share information and learn from experts about climate change.

Kathmandu, Nepal – Climate for Life Campaign Ambassadors, Apa Sherpa and Dawa Steven Sherpa shared their stories on Climate Change in the Himalayas at different European cities in their bid to raise the profile of the Himalayas and taking the issue to the UN Climate Talks in Copenhagen.

Kathmandu, Nepal – Legendary mountaineer Apa Sherpa and Everest summiteer Dawa Steven Sherpa are embarking on a European Expedition through 10 European cities starting from Prague, through Brno, Bratislava, London, Rome, Geneva, Chamonix, Vienna, Brussels and finally to Copenhagen to raise awareness about impacts of Climate Change in the Himalayas.

Climate for Life Ambassador Dawa Steven Sherpa has been nominated as a member of the "Climate Change Council" under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Nepal, Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Nepali Times, Nepal's leading English Weekly has kindly agreed to provide valuable space to "Climate For Life Campaign" as a part of the Newspaper's focus on the economic impact of environmental issues. The campaign shall be availing of this goodwill by using this space to share relevant issues on Climate Change in the Himalayas and the upcoming campaign actions with the Nepali Times readers.
